critical thinking blog Assignment #1

My name is Adam Lazarus. This is my first ever blog. My major at Laguardia is liberal arts. My educational plans are hopefully to graduate in January and transfer to a four year school. I have a full-time job in retail
I believe I am a science and humanities person. I do not have experience in my major. But,I do have experience in my career of business as I have been employed with the same company for nearly seventeen years. I went to laguardia 11 years ago and stopped because I was pursuing my career. But, now I returned here because I am looking to my complete my credits and better myself so I have a degree in case I would like to change careers. I am aware I might not even need a degree to do this, but I would like to have one in case I do need it and a personal achievement.
I believe it splits between a younger generation and an older generation whether or not they like science/technology. Young people like to use and in a way obsessed with cell phones, ipods where at the older generation, older people just simply like to read a book and watch tv and not get involved with the newer technology. I do believe most people do accept science as a way of understanding their world because science has been around for thousands of years and will only continue to improve.
